Of all of my Americolor Gourmet Food Writer Pens, black is the color that I use most often. It's a good idea to have at least a couple on hand. They are great for adding a quick details to fondant or gum paste decorations, modeled figures, etc. I use them for drawing simple eyes onto my gum paste modeled people and animals, drawing monograms, or outlining fondant cupcake toppers to make them pop. These have a nice, fine point.
*Versatile, artistic nib draws fine detail, medium or broad lines, depending on the angle in which the pen is held. *These pens will write on any dried, firm food surface. *After opening, store in refrigerator to prolong use. *Contain only US certified food color.
