I love these! They are so colorful and fun! The tutorial is great! I had some of the leaf sprinkles on hand and made the cupcakes http://katiekbakes.blogspot.com/2011/11/pumpkin-cupcakes-with-cream-cheese.html. Thanks for sharing! -Katie
Katie–I LOVE them!!!
I made this for my son’s Thanksgiving Feast and it was a big hit! It took me longer than expected to get the turkey cake and the Autumn cupcakes done, but I sure had fun with it all.
And when I walked in to my son’s 1st grade classroom today with the turkey cake, all the kids said, “Oooooooh!” and rushed up to see it.
It was well worth the time and effort.
Thanks again for sharing the link to the tutorial!
Katherine–hooray! I’m so glad to hear that you made the turkey cake & autumn cupcakes! Kids give the best reactions of all, don’t they? I know that was a great moment for you & for them too! Definitely worth the extra time of making it special- Happy Thanksgiving!
Love the piping technique on the side of the cake…..super cute and not time consuming!!!!
This is just adorable!! Thank you!
