so I am pretty new at this cake business and every cake that I make I say its my last one well thats until its finished and I see the happy faces of my clients. not one cake have I done without freaking out, without stressing, and without an oopsie and a quick fix. I am not relaxed and I always think of something that could go wrong oh and not to mention the last min runs to the store to get something else or to fix something.

I love the finished product and I love researching and starting planning for a new cake but my stress levels are terrible when the baking and construction starts. HELP?

Im such a perfectionist and want it perfect all the way through but I have found out that this is not my case. My clients are super happy when they see the cake and I get so pumped about starting on the next one.
