HI,
I've been decorating cakes as a hobby for many years and have done a handful of wedding cakes. I've been asked to do a wonky cake that is for a Halloween, Tim Burton inspired wedding. The bride and her wedding planner came over last weekend for their first consultation. This cake will need to feed about 150-175 people. I can also make a sheet cake to make up for the extra servings if I need too. I think I have come up with all of the servings I need in a 4 tier cake. I have many questions, but my main question is about fillings. She hasn't decided on anything as far as flavors go, but I need to come up with a list for her to chose from and I want to make sure that they do not need to be refrigerated because although I have a second refrigerator, it is not going to fit. Any suggestions for a fall wedding flavor list?? Can lemon curd sit out? Or maybe raspberry filling?
Thanks!!!!!
Cheryl
