   i recently had an order for 50 people (baby shower) they want pignoli cookies, I would need to bake about 200 of them being that they want 4 per favor. I am not sure how much to charge, I have all the ingredients minus the pine nuts which are approximately $8 per bag and I can usually get 30 cookies out of one batch.....can you please advise as to how much I SHOULD be charging?
